We are looking for passionate, driven HR professionals with a master's degree in human resources management or industrial relations, or an MBA with a specialization or demonstrated interest in HR-related topics. Proven analytical and leadership skills are key requirements of the position, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. An ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment is also critical.
