Your assignment

Your responsibility

Possible starting assignment responsibilities include:

  • Driving targeted logistics improvement activities in our supply chain operations
  • Working with Business Unit Marketing to build global profit-based network optimization models
  • Executing the monthly sales forecasting process to drive improvements in forecast accuracy
  • Planning and executing raw material purchases with internal and external suppliers to support manufacturing production scheduling
  • Contributing to cross-functional internal/external teams to assist with project definition, cost analysis and schedule for new project opportunities
  • Translating supply/demand signals from the Sales & Operations Planning process into detailed Manufacturing Unit run plans
  • Stewarding and analyzing all Supply Chain subfunction activities (Sales & Operations Planning, Logistics & Distribution, Strategy & Optimization)
Through these activities you will participate in business decisions, improve our processes and work closely with Manufacturing, Technology and Business Unit management. Many of our initial positions are located at chemical plants or regional headquarter facilities.
