Every year (June – August), we invite technical and university students to apply for our internship program. Successful applicants typically take part in a one or two-year internship. We offer positions in a variety of areas, including:
• Commercial and business
• Finance and accounting
• Information technology
• And more
Your initial assignment will be in line with your background, training and experience. Regardless of your department, you will participate in meaningful work that adds value to your education and provides an opportunity to contribute to your team’s goals. Your supervisor will provide guidance and support throughout the internship.
Depending on your assignment, you may work in multiple divisions or even different departments. This will allow you to have broad exposure to our company, and this experience is the foundation for potential future career opportunities. This process also provides professional development and opportunities to achieve results working with peers from different backgrounds and departments.
At the conclusion of the internship program we invite successful interns to join as employees, when positions are available. Your starting position may be in the department where you gained experience as an intern, or it could be in another part of the company.
Workload and benefits
Interns have a weekly workload of 20 flexible hours. During the internship period, you will receive a competitive stipend and transportation assistance in cash.
After reviewing resumes, we select qualified candidates who are one or two years away from graduation. Below we provide an outline of the hiring process from beginning to end.
Note that the timing for these steps may vary for locations other than Rio and Curitiba. Candidates may be eliminated during any of the following steps.
1. Online assessment (analytical capability, general knowledge and English skills)
2. August – group interviews
3. September – individual interviews
4. October – final review and selection
5. November – required medical examination
6. January (or earlier depending on circumstances) – start of internship
Admission and onboarding
After completing the admission process, you’ll take part in our Integration Program over a three-day period. In addition to meeting the other interns in your class, you will learn from our directors and managers who will introduce you to our organizational structure and operating methodology.
All candidates who are not initially selected for an internship will become part of our “Talent Bench” for consideration when future opportunities become available. Please use the following link to sign up, monitor the process, or update your information.
Opportunities for people with disabilities
We offer several opportunities for people with disabilities. If you have any special needs, please disclose them when completing your registration.
